    • Knowing what we need so we can be our best for ourself and others.

      • Audio books

      • Meditation/prayer
      • Breath work
      • Cold plunge
      • Cooking

Be patient 

  • Add to the cup slowly 
  • Try 1 thing on. Experiment 
  • Be consistent 
  • Find your rhythm and routine 

Plan into your schedule 

  • Be intentional and place a priority on it 
  • Don’t beat yourself up if you fail. Keep coming 

Be conscious about your planning and doing 

  • Constant awareness of your development 
  • Where is my energy going? 
  • What is actually taking place here? 
    • Diet 
    • Consumption of info  
      • Media/news/entertainment

  • Fill the self-care cup to the brim.

Maintaining the fire takes much attention. It will not remain on its own and requires a caretaker — the constant watchful eye, analyzing the placement and extinguishment of each log. The nurturer must continually add logs. With each new log comes energy. You can read it in the mesmerizing flames.
